After receiving input from members and holding further discussion, the board of directors voted to adopt the proposed amendments to the Pinebrook Rules and Regulations on March 1, 2022. All proposed amendments were adopted by vote, except the proposed amendment to increase the minimum rental period from 30 days to 90 days, that amendment was not adopted, keeping the minimum rental period at 30 days.
