Vacasa.com Rental Solicitation
It has come to the attention of the Pinebrook HOA that Vacasa.com has sent a letter to residents of Pinebrook soliciting to include their homes in Vacasa’s rental pool. As the association has stated many times over, nightly rentals of PHOA member homes is strictly prohibited! Vacasa.com has been notified of the PHOA’s position on nightly rentals, and it is suggested that any PHOA member who received the notice to disregard it.
