Pinebrook HOA 2026 Assessment Notice

The Pinebrook HOA Board of Directors voted to increase the 2026 annual assessment to $450. The 2026 assessment invoices will be sent on or about February 1st, 2026. Payment can be made by check and mailed to or dropped off at Pinebrook HOA, 7950 Pinebrook Road, Park City, UT 84098. As in prior years, payment can also be made through your banking institution using Zelle^®and sent to “payments@pbhoa.org”. Credit cards are not accepted.

The annual assessment was last increased to $400 eight years ago. Since that time, the PHOA has absorbed several increases in the Pinebrook Master Association (PMA) assessment but has not increased the PHOA assessment to its members accordingly. With the anticipated increase of the PMA assessment in 2026, an increase to the annual assessment became necessary. For reference, the PMA assessment will be approx. 55% of the total operating assessments in 2026.
