The Pinebrook HOA and Pinebrook Master Association have scheduled spring cleanup wood chipping days for June 5th to June 8th. The event is for GREEN WASTE ONLY. No dumpsters will be provided. Effective December 31, 2024, a new Summit County Ordinance went in to effect that requires outdoor lighting to be 3,000 Kelvin or less, fully shielded and down-directed. The Pinebrook Master Association (PMA) has contracted with prescribed burning specialists and foresters at Alpine Forestry to burn the piles created last season as the PMA Fire Safety Committee worked nearly 50 acres of open space with funds from the Utah Watershed Restoration Initiative. The 2025 annual assessment of $400 was invoiced to all owners on 2/1/2025 and are due by 2/28/2025. Payment can be made with Zelle®, by check, or through your banking institution’s billpay program.
