2015 Association Dues
Invoices for the 2015 dues assessment were mailed this week. Please note that the Association only accepts checks at this time, and payment is due by February 28th. Because the dues are only a single billing annually, the costs to maintain merchant services for other forms of payment throughout the year, as well as the discount fees charged, are prohibitive. Please send payments to the Pinebrook Homeowners Association at 7950 Pinebrook Road, Park City, UT 84098. Thank you for your understanding.

Significant improvements are in the works for the basketball court at the intersection of Buckboard Drive and Stagecoach Drive. Current plans call for a fenced grassy play area, playground equipment, shade bowery, a half basketball court and pickleball court. Please follow this link to the Pinebrook Court Site Plan. Construction should start this fall and finish next year, assuming all permits are approved by Summit County.

FIREWORKS BAN IN PINEBROOK IN EFFECT
While Summit County and/or the Park City Fire District have not officially declared a fireworks ban in Summit County, the board of the Pinebrook HOA has decided to be proactive and declare a fireworks ban in Pinebrook effective immediately through October 31st, 2014. The upcoming 4th of July weekend will be hot, and long-term forecasts call for much warmer than normal temperatures this summer. Sparklers are allowed, but all fire crackers and all aerial fireworks are prohibited. Signage will be put in place in the next few days reminding residents of the ban. Please pass along the information to your friends and neighbors to help keep Pinebrook safe during the holidays and remainder of the summer. Thank you once again for your understanding and cooperation.
