  • 2014 Annual Meeting

The board has scheduled the 2014 annual meeting of the owners to be held at 7pm on Thursday, March 27th at the offices of Gorgoza Mutual Water Company located at 7950 Pinebrook Road.  Official notice of the meeting, proxy forms and additional information will be available soon.

  • Basketball Court Vandalism

In the evening hours of Saturday, November 30th or early December 1st, the basketball court at the intersection of Buckboard and Stagecoach was vandalized with graffiti.  We are certain the act was done by someone who lives in Pinebrook based on the timing and content of the graffiti.  If anyone notices disposed empty green paint cans, paint stains on clothing or hands, or overhears conversations that might help identify those responsible, please contact the Pinebrook HOA or the Summit County Sheriff’s department immediately.  Thank you.

  • Basketball Court Renovations

The association has begun work on the basketball court at the intersection of Stagecoach and Buckboard Drive.  Currently, the fence has been removed as well as some overhanging brush to allow crews access to the area.  The proposed plans for the court based on homeowner requests are to raise the back wall for lacrosse drills, resurface and shorten the area to half-court, and add a small park/picnic area to the other half of the area.  Lighting and security monitoring will possibly be installed due to the recurring problem with graffiti on the court walls.  Unfortunately, many circumstances delayed starting the project until now, so most of the work will be completed next spring.

  • Dumpster Pickup in Pinebrook

Republic Services (Waste Management) would like to remind all owners to have their dumpsters on the street by 7am on the day of collection. Otherwise, they are required to make multiple rounds through the neighborhood, which means more large trucks, more noise, more traffic. Thanks for your cooperation.

  • Summer Party Reminder – August 17th!

For those who are members of the Pinebrook Homeowners Association, please reserve the evening of Saturday, August 17th to attend the association’s annual summer party! This year, we have hired a taco vendor from Salt Lake City to prepare fresh tacos made to order. He will offer a variety of meats and vegetables that should satisfy most everyone’s appetite. As in prior years, the association will provide all food and beverages so just bring yourselves and hope for nice weather. We look forward to seeing you at the Pinebrook Park at 5pm on the 17th.

  • Please Conserve Water

This summer is shaping up to be hot and dry. Even though Gorgoza Mutual Water Company has not officially instigated mandatory watering restrictions this summer, it is always smart to be careful with your water usage and conserve when possible. Please check your sprinkler timers and make sure you are watering during the evening or early morning hours and for the least amount of time possible to maintain your landscaping. Remember, the water you save now makes it available later in the year or in future dry periods. Thanks for your cooperation.

  • Fireworks Banned in Summit County & Pinebrook

The Park City Fire District has banned fireworks in Summit County again this year due to the extremely warm, dry and windy weather conditions. Signs will be posted in Pinebrook in the coming days, but please pass along this information to your friends and neighbors as soon as possible, especially if you see them using fireworks this summer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping protect our homes and community from wildfires this summer.
