    2025 Pinebrook HOA Annual Meeting Notice & Proxy

    The annual meeting of the Pinebrook Homeowner Association will be held on Wednesday, November 19th commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the offices of Gorgoza Mutual Water Company located at 7950 Pinebrook Road, Park City, Utah.  The following matters of business will be transacted during the meeting:

    1. Presentation and review of 2025 year to date financial statements and operating budget for 2026.
    2. General update of PHOA activities and community projects.
    3. Fire Safety Committee update on fire mitigation efforts undertaken by the Pinebrook Homeowners Association and Pinebrook Master Association.
    4. Election to fill two, three-year term seats on the board of directors.
    5. Discussion of any other matters of business properly brought before the board of directors.

    If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may complete and return the 2025 annual meeting proxy  The proxy will give you the option of designating the Association or a homeowner to vote in the board of directors election on your behalf.  Proxies must be delivered by 4pm on Tuesday, November 18th.  They can be delivered by email to info@pbhoa.org, or mailed or hand-delivered to the Pinebrook Homeowners Association at 7950 Pinebrook Road, Park City, UT 84098. 

  • Parleys Canyon Roadwork Project

    Parleys Canyon Roadwork Project

    The Pinebrook HOA has received notice of a roadwork project in lower Parleys Canyon that will affect commuters from mid-May to July 2025. You can view the attached flyer for more information HERE:

    Construction is scheduled to begin on May 16, starting with drainage improvements and barrier upgrades. Paving operations are expected to begin on June 6. Most of the work will occur during nighttime hours, with occasional daytime activities as needed.

    Please note that there may be brief nighttime ramp closures.

    2025 HOA Assessment now Due

    The 2025 annual assessment of $400 was invoiced to all owners on 2/1/2025 and are due by 2/28/2025. Payment can be made with Zelle®, by check, or through your banking institution’s billpay program. Payment by credit card IS NOT accepted. Payment can also be dropped off at the offices of Gorgoza Mutual Water Co at 7950 Pinebrook Road. Thank you.

  • Controlled Burns to Begin Soon

    Controlled Burns to Begin Soon

    October 30, 2024 – The Pinebrook Master Association (PMA) and the Pinebrook Homeowners Association (PHOA) are performing controlled pile-burning in the community open space. Work is to occur below Pine Ridge Way and Pine Ridge and Canyon Drives. This work, undertaken by local forestry expert Alpine Forestry, occurs when an approved “burn window” is opened by state and local authorities. We can expect future controlled burns to be planned as conditions allow this fall/winter and next spring. The areas where burning is planned on PHOA open space are marked in gold on the map below.

    The Pinebrook Master Association will be removing the existing playground equipment at the Pinebrook Park this month so new playground equipment can be installed next spring. The link to the official notice can be found here.

    Controlled Pile Burning in Pinebrook

    The Pinebrook Master Association (PMA) and the Pinebrook Homeowners Association (PHOA) will be performing controlled pile burning in the near future. PMA work will begin along Pinebrook’s western boundary in Toll Canyon below Pine Ridge and Canyon Drives. This work, to be undertaken by local forestry expert Alpine Forestry, should occur in early November or December of 2023 and will begin when an approved “burn window” is opened by state and local authorities. It is possible work could begin as soon as Nov. 2nd. The work in this unit is expect to last about a week, with future controlled burns planned as conditions allow this fall/winter and next spring. The areas where burning is planned on PMA and PHOA open space are marked in orange on the attached map.
